Information on out-of-court dispute resolution

In principle, the EU Commission provides an ODR platform for out-of-court dispute resolution in the case of online purchase contracts or online service contracts.

However, we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer dispute resolution body.
